Mr. Sell joined HutsonWood in January 2024 as a fractional Chief Marketing Officer and became a full-time employee July 1st of 2025. Mr. Sell has been in senior living for nearly 25 years and developed sales strategies, implemented marketing plans and empowered sales professionals with proven tools to enrich the lives of seniors and increase occupancy. He consistently speaks at national and state LeadingAge conferences as well as professional partners’ conferences on senior living trends and best practices. His perspective, knowledge, and insights have helped create industry-leading marketing and sales campaigns with startup communities (pre-sales), expansions, and repositioning’s. He holds a B.S. in Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
