Ms. Barach joined HutsonWood as its in house counsel, Vice President and Secretary in 2017. Prior to joining HutsonWood, she was a shareholder in the Nashville office of Baker Donelson since 2014, and before then was a member of the law firm of Bradley Arant for many years. Her legal practice has concentrated in corporate law and transactional health care law, with a particular expertise in FHA insured mortgage financings for health care and affordable housing projects. She has been a speaker on these topics at AHLA conferences and has written articles published in The Health Lawyer and other publications. She graduated from Vanderbilt University and University of Chicago Law School.
